A private aerie above the Durant pool, looking straight at Ajax.
Durant 6D is the top floor of Building D, the part of Aspen's Durant Condominiums closest to Aspen Mountain. No other residence shares your top-floor landing, and nobody lives above you. Walls of glass frame the Aztec run and the Ajax ridgeline from the living room and the dining table, and a wood-burning fireplace anchors the room on winter evenings.
Out the back door, an access trail reaches the mountain in ten steps. Out the front, the Silver Queen Gondola is a five-minute walk and Aspen's restaurants and galleries are a block and a half away.

Perfection!!. The unit is awesome. Every amenity was taken care of and the location is perfect. The fact that almost 4 feet of snow feel during the stay made it all the more magical. [The local team] crushes it with the customer service and almost instantaneous response time. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!
Wonderful. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, beautiful view, comfortable bed, easy walking access to all the local restaurants and shops. We'll be back!

Communication with [the local team] went smoothly. Yes, July can be hot and a 3rd floor condo can make that concerning; but with careful utilization of the motorized shades we…
