Large Percheron Draft Horses pull classic wooden sleighs to lunch or dinner and it’s a unique experience unlike anything else in Aspen. Sleighs hold 15-18 guests, and the ride is approximately 20 minutes. Sleighs depart twice daily, 11:00am, and 1:00pm, and then between 6 and 6:15pm for dinner. Wine Soaked-Jumpin Good Goat Dairy, Blue Buena Vista-Jumpin Good Goat Dairy, Seasonal Preserves, cornichons, olive oil flatbread crackers. For the second course, the Rocky Mountain Elk Bratwurst, which is a combination of Caramelized Onion, Peppadew Pepper Salsa, Dijon sauce, Butter Toasted Challah Roll, Warm German Potato Salad. And for the third course, the Warm Blueberry Crisp, which is a ginger streusel, vanilla ice cream, it is a perfect combination of sweet and savory.
Another great combination would be starting with the Baked Camembert as the first course, which is served with Bee Squared Honeycomb, Seasonal Preserve, Rosemary, Maldon Salt, Sliced Apple, Grilled Bruschetta. For the second course, the Wild Field Harvested Elk, which is a 4oz Medallion, 4oz Elk Merguez, Wild Rice Risotto, Rosemary-Honey Glazed Heirloom Root Vegetables, Black Cherry Demi. And for the third course, the NY Style Cheesecake, which is served with Peach Preserves, a perfect combination of sweet and creamy.
